Ebenezer Miracle Ministry International AKA City of Victory with the motto: THUS FAR THE LORD HAS HELPED US [ 1Samuel 7;12] was established in 13th March, 2022 in Freetown Sierra Leone. It is gradually growing into a dynamic international ministry through Prayers, Worship, Sound Teaching and discipling. We exercise these activities through Revival meetings, Conferences, seminars retreats and all nights vigils. EMMI was founded by Rev & Pst (Mrs) Francis Rompel Kabia.
As a body we emphasizes in the 5-fold Ministry and the 9 Gifts of the Spirit. We are dedicated to spreading the message of hope, faith, and miracles. Our mission is to see lives transformed by the power of the Gospel. Our church is open to everyone who desires to have a personal relationship with God. EMMI was founded in Sierra Leone by Pastor & Pastor Mrs Kabia and a team of committed members on 13th MARCH 2022
EMMI has experienced steady growth in membership and activities. Its vision is to become a global ministry with branches in different countries and continents. To achieve this vision, EMMI has identified the following goals:
1. Grow its membership and influence in Sierra Leone
2. Establish new branches in neighboring countries
3. Expand its reach to other continents
4. Develop a sustainable funding model for its activities

Goal 1: Grow its membership and influence in Sierra Leone
Strategy 1: Evangelism and Outreach
EMMI will intensify its evangelism and outreach programs to reach more people with the gospel in Sierra Leone. This will involve door-to-door evangelism, crusades, radio and TV broadcasts, social media campaigns, and community service projects. EMMI will also collaborate with other churches and Christian organizations to reach more people.
Action Plan:
- Recruit and train evangelism and outreach teams
- Develop a plan for regular crusades in different parts of Sierra Leone
- Partner with radio and TV stations to air EMMI programs
- Establish a social media presence and engage with followers
- Organize community service projects such as medical outreaches, feeding programs, and youth development programs
Strategy 2: Discipleship and Training
EMMI will prioritize discipleship and training programs for its members to deepen their faith and equip them for ministry. This will involve regular Bible studies, leadership training, mentorship programs, and conferences. EMMI will also establish a Bible school to train pastors and leaders to serve in the church and beyond.
