Strategy 1: Global Missions and Partnerships

EMMI will develop a global missions strategy to explore opportunities for ministry in other continents, such as Europe, Asia, and America. This will involve identifying potential partners, conducting research on the cultural and religious context of the target countries, and assessing the feasibility of establishing new branches. EMMI will also seek to partner with other international ministries and organizations to leverage their resources and expertise.

Action Plan:

- Form a global missions team

Strategy 2: Income Generation and Fundraising

EMMI will seek to generate income from different sources to support its activities. This will involve exploring options such as donations, grants, investments, and income-generating projects. EMMI will also establish a fundraising team to coordinate its fundraising activities.

- Establish an income-generating project such as a school, clinic, or farm
- Seek donations and grants from individuals and organizations
- Explore investment opportunities that align with EMM's values and mission
- Set up a fundraising team to coordinate EMIMI’s fundraising activities
- Develop a culture of giving and generosity among members
